Saturday a year ago we were getting married at Corpus Christi Church in Galesburg, IL in front of our friends and family (from near and far!)...the weather started ok but ended up being HORRENDOUS (cold and rainy) but that's supposed to be good luck, I have heard.
We are back in Galesburg this weekend to carve pumpkins and enjoy the fall with family. My dad had his gall bladder removed and he's doing well. Kaela, one of my nieces, will be here this weekend and I haven't seen her in ages. The weather is BEAUTIFUL here -- we have a lot to be thankful for! If only Kieran's parents were here to celebrate fall with a little pumpkin carving....maybe next year!
I will hopefully post some pictures when we get back from the weekend. I have once again managed to lose a digital camera. Why can't I lose something less expensive, I don't know? Kieran wonders the same thing. So I have a disposable camera here and hopefully the pictures will turn out nicely.
