So in just over a week, I'll be heading to SC to babysit for the Hawkinson gang.
What happens when you put a criminal defense attorney with no children of her own in a town she has visited once to watch 3 kids with no spousal support (I let Kieran off the hook on this one)?
We'll see.
I'm sure Vegas is already formulating odds of my own personal conception after this trip.
Regardless of the fact that I am likely to return to sweet home Chicago shellshocked (from lack of booze, sleep, and adult interaction...) and with a new vocabulary that does not include the f-bomb in every other sentence, I am SO LOOKING FORWARD TO HANGING WITH THE KIDDOS!
Last weekend, we headed out for some cocktails with some of my old Stanley's crew and I sang a little karaoke late night. This weekend, we're getting together with some of my college friends and Jason & Ashley for tapas and cocktails. A kind of "Bon Voyage" for myself....
