Unfamiliar Territory (aka Children)

No excuses for the neglects, just busy....Kieran's baby (his TV) had children (surround sound speakers) and that is creating havoc to my "design on a dime" decorating scheme in our living room. Now, I am breathing calmly, blogging about some of my fave kiddos and then onto HGTV.com to find some ideas on how to re-do our living room now that we have the ability to make ears bleed next door.

We were in Galesburg over the weekend. It was very low key (read: very little alcohol consumption) and relaxing. We celebrated Kaela's 3rd and Jason's 31st birthday today. Some pics below from that....her princess cake, her new doll house, and her lovely Mermaid get-up.

A couple weeks ago, my cousin Misty came back for a two week visit with her boys, Jack and Spencer. Jack is my little buddy. This day, he was into no pants and bandaids.

Baby bro, Spencer, sleeping by the fire.... I think he's got the good life down pat already!

One for good measure: Ani and Alberto's son, Aidan on New Year's Eve. He slept all the way through.....

OMG, I hear my husband hammering in the other room....time to turn up Heroes on Netflix really loud!!!!! Breathe.............
