Skid Row II (or, Was it Worth the Hangover?)

Promised pics from last night, as well as some of Kieran's friends from earlier in the week. Let's just say it's been a long week. Too many beers, too many late nights, I am completely wiped today and it's (a) Saturday and (b) the Cubs clinched. It's like the Perfect Storm and I cannot partake because I am trying to rehabilitate my organs by tomorrow's 20 mile run. Therefore I am staying home. I have to *lead* a group on a 20 mile run. I wonder if they will be able to see the residual effects that booze, Skid Row and fast food has had on my running (and, for the record, I did all of my weekly runs...if I do the 20, I will reward my 9 remaining toenails with a pedicure)
My friend and former work partner, Jen. Post-Skid Row euphoria on our faces....
Skid Row fans....true fans, not fair weather fans. Fans since '93. See the anger on his face? That's because he knows Sebastian Bach is a coked up sell-out.
New lead singer....you can barely see him, I know. But I had to show some kind of proof that we actually went. Everyone else in the band was old. Lead singer was probably younger than me.
This man's shirt says, "Freaks Come Out at Night" and he had a braided pony tail. I really liked the shirt. And I showed off my wife beater, too. He said I could join his band. But he wasn't in Skid Row so I passed.
These are the "bandana twins" from Indiana (seriously....I know they're from there because the girl in the white shirt is Jackie, Jen's sister, and the bandana twins were chatting her up in the smoking section). Notice the Oakley sunglasses over the white bandana. I think they had to coordinate their outfits for Skid Row, because they both couldn't sport white bandanas and Oakleys. Cuz that'd be gay.
Pic from Wednesday night...I met up with the Patricks and the Kierans after having dinner with my friend Kelly. In photo: Patrick, Patrick, Kieran and Kieran. Seriously.
Late last night - at Galway Bay. Kieran, Patrick and Patrick
The Kierans and the Patricks (potential band name..?) and no, the one Patrick is not disabled or in a wheelchair or whatever, he just keeps staring away from the camera when I take pictures.

I never thought I'd say it, but I am ready for the weekend to be over. Off to hydrate.
