I am going to put some pictures from Christmas on here soon. I have been busy trying to pick up the apartment and unpack from 5 days in Galesburg (suitcase hasn't been opened yet, just all the other random stuff has been put away...almost). I will also take off the "Feliz Navidad" song, too! Christmas is over and I know some people made fun of it. :) Maybe a catchy New Year song, but I don't know of any...
It's funny, I was back home for Christmas and I ran into my friend Emily's sister, Megan, at Cooks & Company and we chatted for a minute but it was like we knew what was going on in each other's lives because of the blogging world. I love the virtual scrapbook known as a "blog." So now you can see what's going on with Megan and her husband, Sean, by clicking on the link with my other friends. I figure if I am going to be nosy, anyone who cares about what's going on in my life can be nosy, too. Plus, she also has children and blogs are much funnier when there are kids on them.
Queston: What is the protocol in leaving up the Christmas tree and decorations? It's a fake tree so conceivably we could leave it up until next Christmas, but we won't. Yet. I am just dreading taking all the crap down and packing it away again (this includes Christmas dishes, FYI, I am my mother's daughter!!)....
FYI: Kieran ordered his new TV. Thanks to all of you who contributed to this household necessity affectionately known as "Sammy" (to me, not to Kieran). Now, instead of daily price tracking on Amazon.com, he's obsessively checking the ship date. He's hoping to have it here by New Year's Day so that we can be lazy, Bowl-game-watchers at home. We'll keep you posted. Probably with pictures. Of a TV.
