Christmas is Around the Corner....

I am almost done shopping, I am very happy about that! There are always the last minute gifts to buy and I LOVE forking over cash for office staff who (1) complain when I give them work to do and (2) do it incorrectly in the hopes that I will stop giving them the work in the first place. Oh well - 'tis the season, I suppose! 'Tis the season to fund a Christmas bender or gifts for other people's children. No, I am not bitter. It's Christmas after all!

We are heading to Galesburg on Saturday after I am done working bond court. We should arrive in town around 5 or so, depending on traffic. I am trying to talk Kieran into coming to see where I spend my days - pretend to lock him up in the holding cell and get a nice picture of that to post on here! :) I don't know if he's biting, though. I kind of think he's not.

Finally, I am trying to pick a spring marathon to complete so that I can keep my running on track in the cold, gloomy days of winter. I have narrowed it down to the Flying Pig in Cincinnati and the Cellcom Green Bay marathon in Wisconsin. They are 2 weeks apart and both look equally fun (I know, how fun can a marathon actually be?)....I am hoping I can get a couple friends on board so I have training partners but we'll see....

Look out for pictures from Alyssa's HO!HO!HO! Party....oh, and Christmas, too!

Hey there guys, you looks sooooooo beautiful in your photos! Sounds like a magical Christmas is about to unfold for the both of you like a gift from God. Me (Paddy) Mike and David wish to send out heartiest greetings, as you can imagine the joyus bustle of happy families scurrying to buy loved ones gifts straight from the heart was an experience we will cherish, a memory God has surely sent to keep us smiling like members of his grateful flock. In any case may the festivities be long and joyus, we are off to Bob and Wilmas Inter-faith holiday celebration. Should be great. Take care y'all and remember, support the troops!
