LIKE ELECTRICITY!!!
after being in black-out mode from last Thursday until Sunday evening, we finally have our power back. We are thrilled, to say the least. We roughed it out at the apartment, playing Texas Hold'em by candlelight, with our spare change jars as the kitty! It was fun, but that was Night #1 with no power. By Sunday, we were at our wits end.
There will be pictures on the blog very soon! Kieran bought a new camera to replace the stolen one. It was a total surprise, I thought I was going to have to be pictureless until our anniversary or something, but no, he surprised me today with it. So now I can take pictures of our Labor Day weekend in Galesburg and little Jonah (and the girls!) in Dixon!
