I had a check up yesterday for Baby Spelman and all seems to be going well. I got to hear the heartbeat, which was really cool. I've gained 9 lbs. total so far, but I look like I've gained more. We can find out the sex of the baby at the end of September... I want to find out (we'll find out) but I see the fun in being surprised now that I have my own bun in the oven. I think my Type-A personality prevails here, though, I am too much of a planner.
Next Wednesday is Kieran's 29th birthday!! Don't know how we'll celebrate; we're going to Galesburg next weekend to celebrate with family. I'm such the party animal nowadays, as we all know, so whatever we do will most likely involve copious amounts of tequila and vodka...
Work is work. I can't complain, I'm in a good assignment right now. But this heat is making me want to take a nap everyday... I'm ready for fall.
No pictures... maybe I'll take some for K's birthday and post them soon.
