fun with html...

so I found this new site - www.breakingthetape.com - where I can log my workouts and it will keep track of my mileage and the miles I put on my current running shoes. THEN, I can upload it to the blog so blog readers can be captivated with my mileage, as well. To many people (who run and who give a crap about what I am raving about), running with the Garmin Forerunner (which I do ... I am pretty much addicted to it) would alleviate the need for manually logging mileage on a website, however, I am the girl who carries two datebooks. It's ultra-protection. And more procrastination.

The only gripe is I can't figure out how to take off the "lifetime" stat, but that is more of an ego thing, I think. I mean, the world HAS to know that I have run WAY more miles than what that "lifetime" stat gives me credit for....But I am not so good with HTML to insert an asterik or footnote.

it looks like you're using the workout summary sidebar (which only displays one sport). try using the distance summary sidebar and using the options at the end like this: "?mem=601&link=yes&show=ymw"
