.....But it's Friday, we have no weekend plans, we are on a "budget" for awhile since we are in the final throws of attorney review (faxed my modification letter off today) and may be homeowners by the end of the month, SO I PROMISE I will put pictures up tonight!!

Inspection was last night and overall it went pretty well. Our Valentine's Day evening consisted of us (well, mostly Kieran...I just kind of looked at myself in the reflection of the windows and checked out the view from the roof-deck of one of the unsold units on the top floor of the building) following Mr. Inspector-Guy around a 60 degrees warm empty condo for a couple of hours and hittin' the McD's drive-thru afterwards because I was CRAVING a filet o' fish (no, I am not pregnant. I love Filet o' Fishies though, seriously). Oh, and we had to check the tires on the car because the air pressure light was on. Please - don't post any "I'm so jealous of your romantic evening" comments! :) just kidding. We are buying our first home -- it doesn't get any more romantic! Plus, Kieran got me Godiva chocolate covered strawberries.
