I have been so busy with work, marathon training, my class, and other things that I have neglected the blog. I will post a couple of pictures from things that have been going on the past two weekends. Last weekend was my friend, Becky's, 30th birthday. We all went out for tapas and drinks in Bucktown. It was a good night! Becky recently got engaged to Mitch and they are getting married May 31, 2008 -- I am matron of honor! :)
This past weekend, Angela Spinillo, Katie Darcy and I hosted a bridal shower for our good friend, Ani Daniel. She is getting married July 21 to Alberto Diaz. It was on Angela & David's roof deck. Of course, I didn't think to wear sunscreen and I am very lobster-like today. Angela, Katie and I are bridesmaids and we're looking foward to the Galesburg wedding -- the reception will be in Ani's backyard, right down the street from the church and walking distance to my mom's house. Convenient! :)
